The visit aimed to evaluate student training standards and strengthen collaborative frameworks between the college and the hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon his arrival, Dr. Al-Alwany was welcomed by the Hospital Director, Dr. Amir Al-Shammari. The two officials discussed the current status of medical students and explored mechanisms to improve the clinical learning environment. Key topics included the organization of practical exams and ensuring a seamless assessment process that accurately reflects student competency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Al-Shammari reaffirmed the hospital administration&#8217;s commitment to continuous cooperation, emphasizing its vital role in advancing both medical education and healthcare services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The visit included an extensive tour of several clinical departments. The Dean observed the workflow within the wards and educational units, monitored the progress of examination committees, and met with faculty members and supervising physicians. During these meetings, he reviewed feedback and proposals aimed at refining the educational and training processes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strategic Vision Professor Dr. Ameen Al-Alwany concluded that such visits are essential for fostering integration between the College of Medicine and health institutions. He stated: &#8220;Our goal is to prepare students who possess both scientific excellence and superior clinical skills.
