The workshop addressed the scientific and practical aspects of this drug, focusing on its therapeutic applications beyond its common cosmetic uses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Nasser Hussein Al-Abadi, a faculty member in the Physiology Department. It reviewed the history of Botox&#8217;s discovery and scientific development, as well as its general uses and potential side effects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dr. Al-Abadi also explained the methods of administering Botox according to established medical principles. He provided a comprehensive explanation of the medical conditions for which Botox is used therapeutically, presenting case studies of its use in treating muscle spasms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the workshop, he emphasized the importance of avoiding the incorrect use of Botox or its administration by unqualified individuals, due to the potential health risks and complications.
