Dean of the College

Dean's Job Duties: This job is concerned with the leadership activity of the college administration and supervising the development of various plans and supervising their implementation.

Council Secretariat Unit

Unit's Job Duties: Organizing the affairs of the college council sessions, implementing and following up on the council's decisions, setting agendas, preparing minutes, and implementing the paragraphs that fall within its powers.

Dean's Secretariat Unit

Unit's Job Duties: Coordinating appointments and interviews, securing telephone calls, preparing mail to the dean, marking incoming mail to the university, and issuing books and orders issued by the university.

Dean's Office and Confidential Pen Unit

Unit's Job Duties: Organizing, coordinating, and editing books and correspondence, preparing mail to the dean, marking incoming mail to the college, and issuing books and orders issued by the college.

Citizens' Affairs Unit

Unit's Job Duties: Receiving direct requests from citizens and receiving their complaints through a website dedicated for this purpose.

Academic Promotions Unit

Functional Tasks: Organizing the affairs of academic promotions for faculty members in the college, implementing and following up on relevant decisions, setting agendas, preparing minutes for the Academic Promotions Committee, and implementing the paragraphs that fall within its powers.

Legal Unit

Functional Tasks: Providing legal advice, pleading in lawsuits filed by or against the college, participating in investigation committees, and following up on the implementation of laws and decisions related to organizing all legal matters of the college.

Public Relations and Media Division

Functional Tasks: Covering the university's activities in the media, organizing various meetings, following up on the college's website, receiving and sending correspondence over the network, and communicating with all institutions via e-mail.

Website Unit

Functional Tasks: Managing the college's official website, following up on the website, receiving and sending correspondence via the network, and communicating with all institutions via e-mail. Additionally, teaching computer science to undergraduate and postgraduate students and enhancing the scientific and administrative competencies of all college members.

Information Technology Unit

Functional Tasks: Enabling the scientific departments and various units in the college to use modern technology and educational programs for the benefit of students, teachers, and employees.

University Sports and Art Education Unit

Functional Tasks: Organizing sports, artistic, and volunteer activities through centrally managed annual programs that ensure the advancement of university sports and cultural development for students.

Control and Audit Division

Functional Tasks: Auditing the college's financial transactions, disbursements, and accounting operations as well as administrative auditing of issued orders.

Administrative Audit Unit Tasks: Participating in relevant committees and auditing all issued orders for validity.

Financial Audit Division Tasks: Auditing payrolls, final accounts, financial statements, and vouchers.

Quality Assurance and University Performance Division

Functional Tasks: Managing performance evaluation files, promoting quality assurance culture, and implementing Ministry and international standards.

Units:

  • Quality Assurance Unit: Following up on the implementation of quality standards.
  • Performance Evaluation Unit: Managing performance evaluation files.
  • Laboratory Accreditation Unit: Applying standard specifications and coding devices in laboratories.

Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Affairs

Job Duties: Developing academic plans, managing undergraduate student affairs from admission to graduation, and ensuring compliance with higher education laws and regulations.

Dean Assistant Secretariat Unit

Job Duties: Organizing correspondence, preparing priorities, and managing interview schedules for the Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Affairs.

Qualification and Employment Unit

Job Duties: Preparing and conducting workshops and seminars to qualify students for the labor market.

Undergraduate Students Affairs Division

Functional Tasks: Registering undergraduate students and managing their academic records and graduation processes.

  • Admission and Registration Unit: Handling student registration and academic records.
  • Document and Records Audit Unit: Auditing academic documents for validity.
  • Document Issuance and Validity Unit: Issuing and authenticating academic documents.
  • Files and Electronic Documentation Unit: Managing paper and electronic academic files.
