Historical Overview

Collecting and updating data for the college members from teaching staff as well as information about the college infrastructure (scientific departments, laboratories, halls, and engineering projects) in addition to collecting information about the college activities (conferences, seminars, and courses) inside and outside the college.

The Planning Department also prepares an integrated plan (scientific, technical, and administrative structure) about the needs of employees and teaching staff for the continuity of the educational and functional process of the educational institution.

The scope of work of the Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Division begins with the inputs that include all the data referred to in point (first) and ends with the outputs that include our answers to all university statistical circulars and providing the administrative and scientific departments of the college with most of the information they need regarding what we mentioned previously.
