Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is affiliated to the Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs according to the organizational structure of the college. It consists of 5 administrative units and 8 employees, male and female. It is considered the main axis for organizing relations between the college and its employees, as tasks are distributed in an integrated manner in order to achieve the goals for which it works, with a high degree of flexibility and effectiveness in performance.

It works to attract competencies and human cadres that work on the quality of services provided to employees and the college, so as to guarantee the rights of its members in full through the regulations and laws that it operates under and their implementation in a professional and neutral manner and in a manner that ensures the continuity of work.

Administrative Units

The Human Resources Division consists of five administrative units linked to it, which are:

  • Retirement Unit
  • Electronic Files and Archiving Unit
  • Outgoing and Incoming Unit
  • Electronic Fingerprint and Identities Unit

Key Responsibilities

The work of these important administrative divisions can be summarized as follows:

  • Issuing administrative orders to grant all affiliates, including teachers and employees, short and long vacations and unpaid vacations, and issuing their directives.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and departure using electronic fingerprint.
  • Granting all members annual bonuses when they are entitled to them.
  • Submitting the promotions of affiliates through the Promotions and Job Titles Change Committee formed in the college and headed by the Dean of the college.
  • Referring employees who have reached the legal age to retirement when they are eligible.
  • Issuing all special orders to grant college members letters of thanks, appreciation and incentive rewards for performing their work in a way that motivates them to develop their work and be creative in it.
  • Issuing books to answer all the university’s questions and inquiries regarding administrative work or providing them with a summary of the service.

Training and Development

The Human Resources Division opens training courses for all its employees in the computer unit to train them, increase their ability to work, and raise their efficiency in a way that ensures the smooth and accurate flow of work. This has made our college in the advanced ranks among other colleges and competed with them in the quality of its performance.
