Citizen Affairs Unit

Taking care of citizens' interests by investing in scientific and technical mechanisms to establish a work that creates a spirit of trust and enhances the form of a close relationship between the citizen and the university within a framework of objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect to find appropriate solutions for them.

Structure

The work of the division is directly linked to the respected university president and consists of:

  • The electronic citizen government unit.
  • The citizen affairs unit is linked to the respected college dean.

Objectives of the Citizen Affairs Unit

  • Working to provide the best services to citizens related to the university.
  • Direct and continuous communication with all relevant parties related to requests submitted to the university.
  • Working to enhance the values of integrity and transparency regarding all citizen affairs related to the university.

The Most Important Tasks of the Citizen Affairs Unit

  • Receiving citizens, listening to their complaints, and directing them to the parties concerned with their request.
  • Receiving all requests directed to the dean and presenting them to him to express his opinion on them.
  • Direct supervision of organizing interviews for the dean.
  • Field visits to colleges and internal departments.
  • Entering citizens' requests completed according to an electronic system into the electronic citizen government program.
  • Contacting the citizen about the action taken regarding their request or complaint by phone, email, or review.
  • Addressing the scientific and administrative departments and centers regarding the citizen's request or expressing an opinion on it.
  • Receiving citizens' requests by hand or email from the Citizens' Affairs Unit and referring them to the relevant authorities.
  • Considering citizens' suggestions regarding the work of the college and how to develop it.

Mechanism for Submitting the Request

  • Write the request in a clear, specific, and understandable manner, taking into account specifying the subject of the request and its address.
  • Write the full name, place of work of the sender, their phone number, and email so that we can respond.
  • Send requests to the Citizens' Affairs Unit email or submit the request manually.
  • Contact is made through the unit's phone number and during official working hours.
  • Requests that do not contain the explicit name and phone number will be ignored.
