A Successful Academic Year Concludes for the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, and the Medical City Department

To mark the successful conclusion of the academic year, and within the framework of strengthening scientific and training cooperation between academic and health institutions, the Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Ameen Abdul-Hassan  Al-Alwany, received the Director General of the Medical City Department, Dr. Hassan Al-Tamimi. This visit underscored the depth of the strategic partnership between the two prestigious institutions.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Tamimi expressed his satisfaction with the advanced levels of joint cooperation achieved, praising the ongoing coordination that has contributed to supporting the educational and training process and enhancing the preparation of medical personnel according to the highest scientific and professional standards.

For his part, Professor Dr. Al-Alwany commended the significant efforts exerted by the Medical City Department and its medical and administrative staff in accommodating the large number of students from the college and providing a comprehensive training environment that has contributed to refining their clinical skills and enhancing their practical experience, in line with the requirements of modern medical education.

Both sides stressed the importance of continuing this constructive cooperation and developing its prospects during the coming academic years, in order to raise the level of medical education, enhance the quality of health services, and consolidate integration between academic and health institutions in order to achieve the public interest.
