As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional communication and ensure a direct response to citizens’ requests, Prof. Dr. Ameen Abdul-Hassan Manea Al-Alwany, Dean of the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, continued on Thursday, 24 September 2026, to receive citizens and visitors as part of the College’s regular weekly meetings dedicated to citizens’ affairs.
The meetings provided an opportunity to listen to a number of requests and observations raised by citizens and visitors. Relevant issues were discussed and followed up in accordance with the applicable regulations and instructions, as well as established administrative procedures.
Through the continuation of these meetings, the Deanship of the College of Medicine reaffirms its commitment to maintaining direct communication with citizens and enhancing the timely follow-up of their requests. This approach contributes to improving administrative efficiency and the quality of services provided, while reflecting an institutional practice founded on attentive listening, effective follow-up, and a strong sense of responsibility.
