With hearts faithful to the will and decree of Allah, and with profound sorrow and grief, the Deanship of the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad, represented by its Dean, Professor Dr. Ameen Abdul-Hassan Manea Al-Alwany, and on behalf of its faculty members and staff, mourns the passing of the esteemed professor and distinguished educator, Professor Dr. Iyad Ali Rashid Al-Bair, who has passed away and returned to the mercy of Almighty Allah.
The late professor was a distinguished scholar, a model of moral integrity, and an educator who left an enduring and positive impression on the hearts and minds of his students. With his passing, the academic community has lost a prominent figure whose scholarly and humanitarian legacy will remain alive in the hearts of his students, colleagues, and all those who knew and appreciated him. The contributions of devoted educators endure through the generations they teach and inspire.
The Deanship extends its heartfelt condolences and sincere sympathies to his esteemed family, relatives, students, and colleagues. It beseeches Almighty Allah to envelop the deceased in His infinite mercy, grant him a place in His spacious Paradise, and reward him abundantly for all that he taught and contributed. May Allah grant his family and loved ones patience, solace, and strength in this time of profound loss.
May Almighty Allah have mercy on our esteemed professor and preserve his cherished memory and noble legacy.
