The Deanship of the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, announced that the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) fellowship exam will be held on Wednesday, corresponding to the ninth of August, which was held according to the curriculum and the specific timings for conducting these exams to obtain the fellowship.
The exam was organized in Al-Kindi Hall, in the presence and supervision of the Dean of the College, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ameen Abdul-Hasan Manea Al Alwany. The exam was conducted smoothly and in coordination with the British Council.
In continuation to completing the rest of the stages, the college announced that (September 6, 2023) is the date for the next exam, which is the continuation of work on the “Study in Iraq” initiative, which comes with the support and supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of the University of Baghdad.
It is worth mentioning that the exam was implemented inside Iraq to reduce the hardships of travel and the burdens of the financial cost for applicants to perform the exam, noting that work is still ongoing on the part of the college to prepare the rest of the stages of the exam and aspires in the near future to conduct the rest of the parts inside Iraq and to serve the scientific process in the country.
