The College of Medicine declares the success conducting British Royal College Fellowship Exam inside the country

In close cooperation between the Presidency of the University of Baghdad, the Deanship of the College of Medicine, and the British Council in Iraq through the Royal College of Physicians network in Iraq, it was agreed to launch a center for Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) UK Part I and II exams at the College of Medicine, University of Baghdad. this step is considered a significant achievement to facilitate Iraqi doctors' participation in these exams and obtain the MRCP certificate without bothering to travel and take the exam in other regions. the next step is to negotiate with the Federation of Royal Colleges in the UK to accredit Iraq as an examination center for part III (PACES) for the first time in the history of Iraq.
