In the context of continuous support from the presidency of the University of Baghdad for the College of Medicine, the honorable President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Al-Saadi, visited the College of Medicine to review the reconstruction plan developed by the college's dean, which includes a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for all facilities and buildings of the college. Mr. President of the University was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ameen Al-Alwani, and a dialogue took place regarding the major challenges and technical issues. The visit included a tour of the right side of the College of Medicine's deanery building in preparation for the upcoming reconstruction campaign, as well as a visit to the left side of the building to inspect the construction work in progress in preparation for the anticipated opening. This visit follows a meeting in which the Dean of the College of Medicine met with a delegation from the Reconstruction and Projects Department at the University of Baghdad with the aim of accelerating the pace of reconstruction in this prestigious academic institution, with the support of the college's administration and the University of Baghdad's presidency. It is worth noting that the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad has witnessed significant advancements in the fields of research, academic studies, scientific conferences, and medical innovations presented by the college's professors and postgraduate students. Additionally, the college has produced doctors who are highly regarded in their work, as they are part of the achievements of this pioneering college as a whole.
