The College of Medicine, represented by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ameen Al Alwany, and the Assistant Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Haifa Salman Al-Hadithi, met today, Wednesday, the eighteenth of the current October, with postgraduate students in the Department of Biochemistry at the college.
The meeting discussed the scientific rigor of the students' research, its clinical relevance, and its practical applicability in serving patients. It also included guidance on publishing academic research in globally recognized, high-impact journals to avoid predatory journals.
The Dean expressed the college's readiness to provide the necessary support to students in this context, to overcome both scientific and financial challenges, aiming for a distinguished academic output befitting the prestigious standing of the College of Medicine among international colleges and universities.
