The Psychometric Committee at the college held a workshop on conducting psychometric processes and their impact on designing examination questions, this morning, Wednesday, the twenty-second of November, in the Basic Sciences Building. The workshop was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ameen Alwani, and was presented by the teaching staff, Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Jawad and Assistant Professor Dr. Zuhair Abdul Ghafour. In its organization, the workshop aimed to train members of the Psychometric Committee to conduct analysis of examination results in the college according to mathematics. This is to demonstrate the reliability of the examination results by following the policies that the committee comes out with in its workshops, leading to the preparation of accurate examination questions, in addition to relying on psychometrics in setting assessments and controls.
