The meeting discussed the most prominent challenges and problems with the start of the new academic year As part of the College of Medicine's efforts at the University of Baghdad to enhance the work environment and achieve the best results with the start of the new academic year, Professor Dr. Ameen Al-Alwani, Dean of the College, held an expanded meeting with a number of the College's employees Dr. Al-Alwani opened the meeting by emphasizing the importance of the role of employees in supporting the educational and administrative process in the College, noting that the success of any academic institution depends largely on the dedication of its employees and their efforts to overcome difficulties. A number of employees also expressed some of the problems they face. For his part, Dr. Al-Alwani confirmed that the College's administration pays great attention to the problems of employees and is keen to provide appropriate solutions. During the meeting, the Dean of the College discussed some future ideas aimed at sustainable development of the administrative environment in the College, noting that the College will work to implement periodic training programs to hone the administrative and technical skills of employees. He stressed that the college also seeks to enhance the team spirit and cooperation among all employees, stressing that the administration will always be available to listen to the opinions and suggestions of employees and work to strengthen the work environment. At the end of the meeting, Dr. Al-Alwani thanked all employees for their efforts and dedication to work, stressing that the new academic year will be full of challenges, but with combined efforts and teamwork, the college will be able to overcome them and achieve the desired successes. With this meeting, the College of Medicine in Baghdad reaffirms its commitment to providing continuous support to its employees and working to develop the work environment, which will positively reflect on the overall performance of the college and support its academic progress.
