On Thursday, the sixth of this month, Professor Dr. Ameen Al-Alwani, Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad, received Professor Dr. Ali Abdul Aziz Al-Shawi, President of Al-Nahrain University.
The visiting committee included:
- Professor Dr. Hayder Bahaa Sahib, Dean of the College of Pharmacy at Al-Nahrain University
- Professor Dr. Farqad Bader Hamdan, Lecturer at the College of Medicine, Al-Nahrain University
Accompanying the Ministerial Committee delegation were the Dean of the College and Professor Dr. Haifa Salman Al-Hadithi, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
The visit featured a tour of the smart examination halls, which are currently hosting the comprehensive evaluation exams for sixth-year students at the College of Medicine. The primary objective was to review the regularity and academic rigor of these final evaluation examinations, ensuring they adhere to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's specified instructions and requirements.
The visiting committee expressed admiration for the University College of Medicine’s commitment to providing fully prepared, high-quality examination halls that meet approved standards and specifications.
Concluding the visit, the President of Al-Nahrain University reviewed some of the recently completed urban landmarks and praised the college’s effective management. He described the progress of this esteemed academic institution as “heart-warming.”
