Word from the Dean of the College of Medicine, Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Ameen Al-Alwani Dear faculty members of the College of Medicine, on my behalf and on behalf of the college administration, I am pleased to welcome you all with the most beautiful welcome, and to express to you how proud I am of your belonging to this lofty academic edifice, which has always been and still is a beacon of science and knowledge and a home of excellence and creativity. Your role in this college is not limited to education and teaching, but you are the main pillar that contributes to creating a generation of distinguished doctors capable of making a positive change in people's lives and serving society, and serving science and education with all dedication and sincerity. You are ambassadors of science, a source of inspiration for our students, and bearers of torches of hope for a better future in the world of health and medicine. The challenges we face today require all of us to join forces and work in the spirit of one team, in order to maintain the high level that our college has achieved over the years and is still continuing its journey of giving. I am confident that you will continue to work with the same passion and ambition that has always distinguished you, to provide the highest levels of medical education, scientific research, and community service.
