The course is the first of its kind in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division at the University of Baghdad. The College of Medicine, University of Baghdad, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division at the University of Baghdad, organized a training course for middle management within the college, which is the first of its kind. The course focused on three main axes, including the administrative axis, the legal axis, and the computer and information axis. The course focused on the importance of strategic planning, as well as the impact of decision-makers in solving problems and making decisions in administrative institutions. The course emphasized that the skill of decision-making and problem-solving is one of the main foundations for the success of any institution or company, and the skill of problem-solving was classified as a strength that distinguishes institutions and helps them overcome challenges, which ensures their flexibility and ability to adapt to changes, thus enhancing the chances of success and sustainability.
