The Council of the College of Medicine – University of Baghdad held its second session at the outset of the new academic year, with Dean Professor Dr. Ameen Abdul Hassan Mani’ Al-Alwany and the council members opening the proceedings with words of gratitude and appreciation for the continuous efforts dedicated to serving the students and the College.

Reconstruction and upgrading of laboratories remain top priorities, with ongoing efforts to complete construction projects and hand over facilities. The council also resolved to form a committee, chaired by the Associate Dean and including the legal and contracts units, to follow up on student facility needs in the student club, library, and courtyards, in accordance with institutional standards and procedures.
