Based on the general policies of the government program to achieve sustainable development goals and spread the culture of volunteer work in academic circles, especially students, to create a cohesive society characterized by a spirit of positive and constructive cooperation in service of our honorable country, the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ameen Al-Alwani, met with the first-year students in the large conference hall. This evening, Wednesday, the twentieth of December. The meeting, which was held in the college’s large conference hall, was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Haifa Salman Al-Hadithi, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Oday Taher Al-Hashemi. During the meeting, the Deanship of the College reviewed the college’s scientific and development agenda and its importance in creating a new generation of competent doctors who are trained in comprehensive medical training during their university years. During the meeting, the importance of solidarity, implementation of university instructions, and active contribution by students in scientific and social events hosted by the college was emphasized, in addition to listening to a number of opinions, proposals, and some of the obstacles facing students and discussing them in order to reach effective results and solutions to them.
