As part of the joint coordination between the Colleges of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine regarding the electron microscope, the Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Baghdad, Prof. Dr. Ameen Abdul-Hassan Manea Al-Alwany, received the Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Prof. Dr. Hamid Ali Kadhim, in a meeting aimed at strengthening scientific cooperation and coordination among the University of Baghdad’s colleges.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed several areas of mutual interest, foremost among them the follow-up of procedures related to the operation of the electron microscope and efforts to complete the remaining requirements. This initiative seeks to ensure effective utilization of the microscope’s capabilities in supporting scientific and research activities, as well as postgraduate education and research.

Both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining continuous coordination and exchanging expertise and available resources in a manner that strengthens institutional integration between the two colleges. They also highlighted the role of such cooperation in developing the research environment and contributing to the advancement of scientific and academic activities at the University of Baghdad.
